Treco International S.A. is a Europe-based company founded by Mr. Johan Bohman, a highly respected International entrepreneur. For over 20 years Mr. Bohman has invested mainly in the financial and real estate markets and is now taking the opportunity to develop business in a number of new and exciting fields.

Real Estate

Mr. Bohman has focused successfully on the European real estate market since 1990. The portfolio today consists mainly of Scandinavian and German real estate but we have recently added residential property and hotel developments in Thailand, Croatia and Portugal. Treco will continue to be active in this industry and plans to expand into new locations where it intends to improve the infrastructure and opportunities for local people in developing countries.

Financial Markets

Mr. Bohman founded the EFG Bank AB, formerly the IBP Fondkommission, and created the market for structured financial products in Scandinavia. As a result of that Treco retains a major interest in a number of financial institutions. Given this wealth of experience, and that of his partners, Mr. Bohman intends to encourage the development of stable financial institutions in countries where no such facilities currently exist.

Telecommunications

Treco is the exclusive infrastructure partner with xG Technology, Inc. in the development and deployment of xMax, a new, disruptive communication technology. xMax is a mobile VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and data system operating in the license-free 902-928 radio frequency band. xMax is the first 4G-capable network optimized for the delivery of scalable, high-QoS (Quality of Service) voice and data services. This groundbreaking technology, available initially in the United States, uses xG Technology's patented system design, which represents the world's first all-IP, low-cost, low-power solution for mobile technologies.

The xMax network roll out has recently begun in southern Florida, where xG is operating a showcase that allows journalists, published analysts, and telecom professionals to experience firsthand the superior xMax call quality. Treco has committed to buy 1000 xMax base stations with a total order value of $75 million. This equipment will be leased to xMax carriers in the U.S., which will significantly lower the upfront capital required to deploy xMax networks. Treco is currently working very closely with xG in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Ceinwen Lloyd, Treco’s CEO, is on the xG Board of Directors.

Mining in Africa

In close cooperation with the Liberian Government and the local people Treco has started to put an end to the blood diamond market which has caused such damage to the economy in Liberia. Treco now owns the license to a 420 sq kilometer diamond and gold mine, one of the largest in Africa, on the border with Sierra Leone. Treco’s ambition is to create a legitimate diamond exchange for the country and ensure that the country and its people benefit from their own rich natural resources. Treco has already built new roads, provided food, clothing, medical supplies and employment to the local people and will continue to work towards an end to the poverty and corruption suffered in the past.

Environmental Business

The first investment we have made in this area is in Scandinavian Biogas which is a world leading company in the production of biogas. This company has several biogas plants which will commence production in 2010, and is expected to be one of the most important companies in green energy of the future. Treco are also considering investing in a new innovative solar energy development company as part of their portfolio.

Medical Research

Treco has invested in a number of medical research projects, including the Karolinska Development I, II and III at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden which is renown for presenting the Nobel Prize in medicine. Mr. Bohman has personally initiated these funding institutions, and has arranged for the provision of hundreds of millions of dollars of funding for these projects together with contributing to a broad range of groundbreaking developments in the medical world.
